Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in IT business or similar B2B roles.

Responsibilities:

  • ● Primary contact with incoming leads.
  • ● CRM updating and record management.
  • ● Qualifying leads, identifying needs, and defining primary requirements.
  • ● Proposals preparation together with the pre-sale team
  • ● Negotiations with potential customers.
  • ● Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • ● Driving sales process from top to bottom.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • ● Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors. ● Analyze company profiles to understand their needs, pain points, and potential for collaboration.
  • ● Evaluate potential leads to determine their fit with the company's products or services.
  • ● Handling lead inquiries through the live chat feature available on the company's website.

Qualifications:

  • ● Up to 1 year or more of experience in the outsourcing IT business or similar B2B roles.
  • ● Practical experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Sales Manager.
  • ● Proficiency in English, at least Upper-intermediate level.
  • ● Optimistic approach, self-motivation, energy, and desire to succeed in driving new sales.
